Last week I couldn't write a gratitude Sunday post. I was so devastated by the earthquake in Haiti that it seemed so trivial to talk about what I felt grateful for. I felt so lucky to be able to enjoy the most basic things in life: food, water, shelter and warmth.
I was then amazed by all the creative ways people found to help. The news were all about what people were doing for each other instead of what was wrong in our world.
This week I am grateful for
:: People all over the world showing they still cared for one another
:: Karl being home
:: Warmer weather and some time outside
:: Some nesting, re-centering, together time at home
